*Sopore Bus Driver Found Dead Under Mysterious Circumstances in Jammu...
Srinagar, June 24 (TTK) - A bus driver from Sopore was discovered deceased under perplexing circumstances in Jammu on Saturday.
According to official sources, the deceased driver has been identified as Mohd Yousif Pandit, son of Abdul Rehman Pandit, a resident of Karal Takk, Sopore, Kashmir. He was the driver of a bus with registration number JK01D/3725, assigned to SANJY duty with G/102 BSF. The driver's demise occurred in circumstances that are being treated as suspicious.
The lifeless body of the driver is currently located inside his bus at Bus Stand Narwal, Jammu. Authorities have initiated an inquest proceeding under Section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC) to determine the cause of death.
Additionally, the body will be transferred to GMC Jammu for postmortem examination. The police have taken cognizance of the matter and launched an investigation into the incident.
