Shopian Youth, 22, Missing after Accidental Fall into Aharbal Waterfall; Extensive Rescue Operation Underway
SHOPIAN, 24th July - A distressing incident occurred on Monday afternoon when a 22-year-old youth from Shopian district in south Kashmir accidentally fell into the tumultuous waters of Aharbal waterfall.
According to official sources, the young man, a resident of Manihal area in Imam Saheb Shopian, was operating a shop in the south Kashmir district when the unfortunate incident took place.
As of this moment, the whereabouts of the young man remain unknown, prompting authorities to initiate a massive search and rescue operation in the Aharbal area of Kulgam district, south Kashmir.
Efforts are underway to locate and retrieve the individual from the waterfall, and rescue teams are working diligently to ensure a comprehensive search operation.
