Man Detained for Attacking Police Officer with Weapon in Kishtwar, Jammu and Kashmir
Jammu, June 21 (TTK) Authorities have apprehended an individual captured in a video engaging in a physical altercation with an armed police officer, resulting in the officer being knocked down in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district. According to officials, Rakeen Ziya from Sangrambhata village in the district was taken into custody by a police team led by Senior Superintendent of Police (Kishtwar) Khalil Poswal.
Upon being made aware of the incident, the senior police official promptly arrived at the location and successfully apprehended the suspect after a pursuit, stated a police representative. --(TTK)
