Kulgam, June 28: In a tragic incident last night, a fire completely ravaged a shop in Qaimoh, Kulgam district.
The shop, situated in Qaimoh Kulgam, was engulfed in flames, resulting in the loss of all the stocked readymade garments, children's items, and cosmetics.
Prompt action was taken by the local community, along with the assistance of the Police, Fire, and Emergency department, to extinguish the fire and prevent its spread to nearby shops and residential houses.
The shop, owned by Shabir Ah Bhat from Redwani Kulgam, fell victim to the blaze.
Preliminary investigations suggest that an electrical short circuit may have triggered the fire.(TTK)
