Sopore, Jul 18 (TTK): A tragic incident occurred in Sopore locality of north Kashmir's Baramulla district, where a 70-year-old man named Ghulam Mohammed Gojree from Hygam Sopore passed away due to a massive cardiac arrest. The unfortunate event took place shortly after his return from performing the Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
According to an official report, upon reaching home after completing the Hajj pilgrimage, Ghulam Mohammed Gojree suffered a severe cardiac arrest. He was immediately rushed to JVC Bemina, but sadly, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The official further mentioned that following the necessary legal and medical formalities, the deceased's body will be handed over to the family for the final rites.
It is worth noting that on Tuesday, the first batch of 630 pilgrims arrived in Kashmir after completing their annual Hajj pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia—(TTK).
