Srinagar, June 22(TTK): Two doctors have been terminated from their services under Article 311 of the Constitution of India. Dr. Nighat Shaheen Chiloo, a Consultant Gynecologist at Sub-District Hospital, Chadoora, Budgam, and Dr. Bilal Ahmad Dalal, a Medical Officer at NTPHC Takiya Imam, Shopian, have been dismissed with immediate effect by the Lieutenant Governor. The decision was made in the interest of the state's security without conducting an inquiry.
